Lost Photos saves you the trouble of digging through your e-mail inbox looking for all those photographs and images you had already forgotten you had copies of.
This straightforward functionality will surely bring back memories that you thought long forgotten. Searching for images in your inboxes – especially if you happen to have thousands of messages in each of them – is one of those tasks we never seem to find the right time to do. Lost Photos will not only save you time, but also will find each and every photograph, even those buried under hundreds of e-mails. In order to prevent Lost Photos from retrieving unwanted images (logos, banners, etc.), you can ask the program to ignore all files in GIF format, as well as those smaller then 8k. Additionally, you can also choose to ignore all those photographs attached to e-mails received before a certain date. And these are all the options available – as you can see, the program could not be simpler or easier to use. All you have to do is sit and watch how all those forgotten images start appearing in the program’s window.
Any retrieved photograph can then be shared with your loved ones easily by connecting to your Facebook or Twitter accounts directly from Lost Photos. Alternatively, the program can also generate a new e-mail and attach your favorite images to it.
Being a free tool, I cannot find a reason why you should not try it – you may be pleasantly surprised with the results.
